How Naija Food Festival 2025 came together.

Naija Food Festival started as a one-day pop-up. Season 2 became the loudest plate in Canada.
On October 4th and 5th, 2025, we took over 4611 Steeles Ave W in North York. Two days. Over 40 vendors. Three live stages. A kids’ zone. And a chef-stage program where Nigerian and Ghanaian chefs broke down their family recipes live.
This was also the first edition — more to come. We introduced the Diaspora Investment & Business Summit, bridging culture and commerce. The summit brought together diaspora entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders for panels, networking, and deal-making alongside the food and music.
Season 3 returns in 2026. Bigger plates. Louder sound. And the Diaspora Investment Summit expands with international speakers and partner organisations.
